Faculty Resources Specialist

The Faculty Resource Specialist is supporting the Operations Team by opening, closing and creating courses to fit the needs of our students. This position is responsible for accurate algorithm configuration as well as metrics reporting.



  • Work with Academics in the selection of faculty that will be assigned to teach sections.
  • Creates the necessary number of course sections based on projected enrollment numbers.
  • Assign instructors to courses by utilizing scheduling guidelines and priority levels.
  • Responsible for the monitoring of student enrollments as the sessions. approaches and independently opening up additional class section as necessary, based on the number of students enrolled. If enrollment spikes will need to procure additional teaching resources working in last minute time constraint.
  • Generate assigment links that are sent to faculty for course teaching acceptance.
  • Analyzes courses and current faculty to project staffing needs for future sessions and communicates needs for recruitment.
  • Track instructor workload to ensure they stay within credit hour limitations for compliance reasons.
  • Accurate algorithm configuration to insure courses are scheduled according to the annual course offering.
  • Completes other duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years of customer service experience required.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of academic environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
