Annual Fund Coordinator

The Annual Fund Coordinator is a full time, year round position, job group and level AO-4. The Annual Fund Coordinator provides administrative support for the Director of Class Campaigns and Annual Fund Leadership and the Director of 50th Reunion Giving Programs. The person in this position also manages fundraising activities and volunteers for the Classes of 1955-1960 and acts as shared back-up to the Receptionist. Takes appropriate action to support a diverse workforce and participates in the College's efforts to create a respectful, inclusive, and welcoming work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Class Based Duties

  • Prepares packets and reports for Annual Fund volunteers
  • Prepares fund raising mailings and emails for 30+ alumni classes
  • Maintains supply inventory for the 25th and 50th Reunion Giving Programs
  • Assists with events

Class and Volunteer Manager for the Classes of 1955-1965

  • Manages all aspects of the Annual Fund for assigned reunion and non-reunion classes between 1955-1960
  • Recruits Class and Associate Agents
  • Develops strategies and goals for each class
  • Trains and supports volunteers
  • Communicates with the agent teams

Reporting/Database Querying and Entry

  • Responsible for reporting and querying data as requested for the Director
  • Responds to and assists Annual Fund volunteers with requests for information or reports
  • Enters contacts/remarks/volunteer info into database


  • Covers daily morning/afternoon breaks and lunches, vacations, personal days, etc.
  • Uses Remote Desktop to do class-based work from Front Desk



  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 - 3 years related experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, time-management, customer service, and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to take initiative, work independently and as a member of a team
  • Some evening/weekend work during special events
  • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Word and Excel programs and ability to learn new software
  • Commitment to or experience working with a diverse community


  • Associate's degree
  • More than three years related experience
  • Experience working with databases and reporting environments
