Assistant Professor - Computer Engineering

The Helen and John C. Hartmann Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the New Jersey Institute of Technology (Newark, NJ) invites faculty applications in the area of computer engineering with a focus on novel architectures and systems for neuromorphic computing, quantum computing and other emerging information processing paradigms for applications in machine learning/data science, high-performance computing and advanced computer networking. We are also interested in candidates specializing in the post-CMOS devices and systems for developing novel architectures for these applications as well as for embedded systems, internet-of-things (IoT), and cyber-physical systems.
