RESPONSIBILITIES: Serve as a direct report to the Director of Undergraduate Admissions and serve as primary back up during absences or as assigned. Provide direct supervision, hire, train, and evaluate the undergraduate admissions processing staff to include, transcript analysts, certification analysts, and operational analysts. Work in conjunction with the Assistant Director of Transfer Admissions to maintain the Transfer Equivalencies at Middle updates in order for Transfer Enrollment Coordinators to be able to advise/guide prospective transfer student. Gather, analyze, and assess data from sources to include Banner, Hobson's Radius, Application Reports, Campus Events Rosters, and Recruitment activity evaluation for use in admissions, recruitment, and enrollment decisions and staffing. Create reports to be used by Director, Vice-Provost, and Vice President using mediums such as applicant tracking maps, application/admit/enrolled student charts, admissions comparison reports, and others as available. Set priorities for admissions processing that align with the strategic plan for undergraduate admissions, determine efficient work procedures based on document workflow, application automation and university priorities related to undergraduate applications, transcripts, and admissions documents. Propose updates to application communications that will maintain consistent delivery of information to students for next steps in the application process. Responsible for Banner usage training for the Undergraduate Admissions Staff to include recruiters, secretary, student workers. Provide timely response to all applicants for undergraduate admission. Provide support to recruiters with application document and Banner access while the recruiters are away from the office/traveling. Ensure required support documentation is provided and protocols are followed. Assist the Director and Associate Director of Marketing & Technology with the preparation and execution of marketing and communications plans. Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned. Occasional travel to recruiting events is required.

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree and four (4) years progressive responsibility experience in admissions and enrollment management with two (2) years of the total four years' experience in a supervisory capacity required. Valid driver's license required.

SALARY RANGE: $43,350 - $54,259; commensurate with experience
