80% Position

 

RESPONSIBILITIES: This is an 80% position. Reporting to the Chair, essential tasks include: project and grant proposal development, preparation and submittal; contract/grant management and tracking; budget development, management, and reconciliation; project management assistance with tracking; record keeping and reporting. As assigned: assist to train/monitor part time temp project staff and students; partner development, coordination, and support; volunteer coordination; committee and meeting participation. Perform other related tasks or special projects as assigned.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:  Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.  Three years progressively responsible experience in community program management, health promotion, or community outreach to include prior supervisory, grant writing and grant or contract management experience required. Available to work after hours as necessary, willingness and ability to travel required.

 

SALARY RANGE: $25,572 - $31,496; commensurate with experience (80% Position)
