Human Resources Manager

The Human Resources Manager, under the leadership of the Director, Human Resources, is responsible for the consultation and resolution of employee relation issues from pre-hire to post-employment as well as management of the compensation program, recruitment efforts, performance management process and facilitating training & development, human resources development; also serves as a resource for compliance issues both domestically and internationally.

In this role, you will be involved with formulating and recommending HR policies, procedures and programs, coordinating employee communication and feedback, conducting market research, managing the day-to-day function of the recruitment process, coordinating the annual performance review process, assist with establishing in-house training programs, and responding to benefit and compliance inquiries both domestically and internationally.

Qualified candidates should have five to seven years of HR experience in a similar role with outstanding oral, written, coaching and interpersonal skills plus strong ability to analyze data.
