RESPONSIBILITIES: Evaluate and implement organizational development initiatives; Serve as a subject matter expert in areas such as performance appraisal, training and development, selection, employment law, compensation, and organizational performance; Provide assistance in key human resource and strategic initiative areas; Develop recruitment and placement strategies that are aligned with legal requirements; Continuous evaluation of processes to increase efficiency and operational practices; Statistically analyze quantitative and qualitative data to make informed decisions or recommendations; Develop recruitment and placement strategies that are aligned with legal requirements; Continuous evaluation of processes to increase efficiency and operational practices; Statistically analyze quantitative and qualitative data to make informed decisions or recommendations to stakeholders and constituents; Experience in areas such as team development, job design, leadership, and organizational behaviors.

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in a government agency and regulatory matters. Eligibility to sit for the Society for Human Resource Management, Certified Professional (SHRM, CP) and Human Resource Certification Institute, Professional in Human Resources (HRCI, PHR) exams.

SALARY RANGE: $43,350 - $54,259; commensurate with experience
