Marketing Coordinator-Phoenix

The position is responsible for supporting the development, updating and optimization of media plans as well as various marketing dependent initiatives. The position is responsible for vendor support, administrative functions, quality assurance, reporting and campaign management. Monitors daily activity, reviews and maintains reports, identifies conflicts and outlines solutions. Responsible for providing feedback to leadership regarding vendor performance. Also, serves as a point of contact for Vendor Support.



  • Supports in the project development, updating and optimization of media plans
  • Monitors the details of development of brand assets and traffics deliverables as needed to ensure timelines
  • Routes final campaign materials through InMotion for compliance/legal approval
  • Communicates updates needed in content or functionality to vendors
  • Provides data from running reports from self-guided conversion tools and outlines areas of opportunity, improvement and success
  • Reviews and evaluates metric and performance reports
  • Completes other duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Analytical skills required.
  • MS Office proficient. (Including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Competency using formulas and functions in Excel
  • Experience working with vendors preferred.
