Job Description:

Duties are numbered for convenience, and do not indicate order in terms of importance, frequency that the duty is performed, or the amount of time spent on the duty.

1) Liaison: Serve as primary point of contact and liaison to marketing and communications, event
planning, College Credit Plus, and admissions for sponsored projects.

2) Outreach Coordination: Contributes to the development and execution of an overarching marketing plan for outreach and engagement. Develops a month-by-month outreach plan that assists in driving initiatives to increase enrollment in programs that support the related industries and career pathways. Coordinates outreach to target populations including: prospective high school students, adult learners,
incumbent workers, and K-12 administrators and faculty.

3) Event Coordination: Plans, organizes and executes events for participants, which include but are not limited to admissions events, college and career nights, workshops, camps, summer enrichment programs, and faculty professional

4) Promotional Materials: Coordinates the development of promotional materials for sponsored projects. Develops an understanding of material archiving and dissemination requirements for sponsored projects. Facilitates promotion of projects at conferences, dissemination by the project team, and other events.

5) Reporting: Creates regular reports on the projects outreach efforts. Records and promotes notable activities, deliverables, and events through institutional communications, social media, and dissemination materials.

6) Recruitment Tracking: Maintain appropriate files, documentation and tracking of data regarding prospective students throughout the enrollment process. Actively manages the enrollment progress of interested students, keeping accurate record of all inbound and outbound communications using customer-relationship management (CRM) tools. Proactively responds to enrollment trends to ensure that enrollment goals are met.

7) General Requirements: Works assigned schedule, exhibits regular and predictable attendance and works overtime as required meeting workload demands. Performs other related duties as required to meet the deliverables for the sponsored projects.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly exhibits digital dexterity when entering data into computer. The employee frequently sits for extended periods of time and occasionally stands and walks. Employee converses verbally with others in person and by telephone.Vision demands include close, relatively detailed vision when focusing on a computer screen. Employee occasionally lifts items up to 10 pounds.

Working Conditions: Normal office working conditions.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of: program or functional area. Skill in: verbal and written communications; routine typing; application of job related computer software; operation of job-related equipment and other equipment; maintaining documentation and records. Ability to: coordinate program or functional area operations; coordinate and prioritize multiple projects and tasks; develop and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, supervisors, students, general public, and other job contacts; maintain confidential and sensitive information; effectively work with persons of varying cultures and diversity.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferably with related focus, such as business, marketing, or communications, and preferably in a higher education setting. Experience creating a marketing plan, communications plan, and strong writing skills. Proficient user of Microsoft Office. State Motor Vehicle Operator's License or demonstrable ability to gain access to work site(s).

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and/or other marketing software. Event planning experience.
