Job Description

The University of Nevada, Reno is recruiting for a Program Coordinator, Nevada First in the Pack. The responsibilities will include the recruitment of first-generation, low-income undergraduate UNR student participants; planning and delivery of services, programs, and events designed to increase their retention, progression, and graduation rates; hiring, training, and supervising student hourlies; and conducting outreach both on and off-campus. The Program Coordinator will provide and coordinate academic support programs and will assist with administrative tasks related to program data, assessment, and reporting. The Program Coordinator will directly report to the Academic and Opportunity Support Programs Executive Director.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution and two years or a Master's Degree and one year of related experience in an educational setting to include providing academic advising, teaching, mentoring a diverse undergraduate population that includes first-generation, low-income students.
