The coordinator is responsible for ordering test materials; scheduling exams; maintaining test security; verifying examinee eligibility; proctoring, scoring, score reporting; maintaining confidential records; and recruiting, training and supervising proctors and alternate chief examiners, among other duties.</li>
<li>Keep abreast of current institutional, state and federal policies and procedures related to testing, as well as individual product vendors’ requirements, in order to ensure accountability and compliance.</li>
<li>Assist the College’s Testing Director with planning, implementing, reporting, budgeting, and evaluating activities for continued improvement and growth of testing services college-wide.</li>
<li>Assist in identifying and implementing technological innovations that will improve efficiency and effectiveness of testing services functions.</li>
<li>Assist in acquisition, development, utilization, maintenance and enhancement of technology resources.</li>
<li>Counsel with examinees on pre-testing and post-testing concerns.</li>
<li>Follow policies and procedures the College’s Testing Services relative to proctoring for ADA, Distance Education, TN eCampus, and non-TBR students.</li>
<li>Coordinate with Counseling and Disabilities Services to provide non-standard accommodations for the high school equivalency, placement and exit exams, and others as needed.</li>
<li>Follow operating procedures developed by the College’s Testing Director within guidelines from TBR, State, Federal and national testing companies.</li>
<li>Develop and disseminate information to the College’s Testing Director regarding the testing program at the Williamson Campus.</li>
<li>Provide the Columbia Testing Director with forecasts, analyses, advice and recommendations related to success and needed improvements.</li>

Job Duties:
Manage the college's Prison Education Program (PEP) including recruiting, admissions, financial aid, enrollment, transfer, career, and re-entry processes. This includes establishing partnerships and providing direct service to incarcerated students. This position can be located at any Madisonville Community College campus but must maintain on-site office hours four days per week at Green River Correctional Complex (GRCC) in Central City and one day per week at MCC’s North Campus in Madisonville. Essential duties and responsibilities: • Manage the MCC PEP, which includes coordinating recruitment, admissions, financial aid, enrollment, transfer, career, and re-entry processes. Provide direct service to incarcerated students. • Provide on-site academic and student support to PEP students and faculty. • Assist the Financial Aid Office in completing federal and state reporting requirements and maintain required financial aid and student records. • Work with Academic Dean, Dean of Enrollment, and Division Chairs to coordinate PEP course offerings each semester. • Assist SACSCOC Liaison in maintaining all applicable accreditation standards including MOAs, faculty credential files, and off-site visits. • Establish and maintain relationships with correctional administration, re-entry services, potential employers, transfer institutions and other internal/external groups to provide support to students. • Lead the development of promotional materials, education materials and online content. • Required to teach one class per semester. • Other duties as assigned.
