GENERAL DUTIES:&nbsp; The Practical Nursing Associate Instructor is responsible for the following areas including, but not limited to: teaching and supervision of nursing students in on-campus classroom and off-campus clinical settings; evaluating and advising students; maintaining confidential, accurate and complete records on paper and electronically; completing reports as required in a timely manner; participating in the development of the program; participating in the recruitment of new students and placement of graduates; maintaining an active advisory committee; and other duties as assigned. This position reports to the Director of Healthcare Programs. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Class hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Clinical hours vary. Travel to other TCAT Dickson campuses and alternate clinical sites may be required. This is a fully on-site position with teaching conducted in person.
SALARY:&nbsp; $55,157-$66,188 per year ($28.29-$33.94 per hour). Commensurate with Tennessee Colleges of Applied Technology -- Dickson guidelines and directly related experience.

Job Duties:

Minimum Qualifications:
• Master’s Degree in a related field such as higher education administration, student personnel administration, counseling, business, marketing, or other related fields. • 3 years of progressively responsible management/supervisory experience in enrollment management within a higher education institution. Experience should include significant knowledge of and ability to use student information software, marketing, and demonstrated knowledge about student outreach and intake processing. • Demonstrated experience developing college-wide recruitment and strategic enrollment management plans. • Demonstrated experience with tracking potential students through the steps of the enrollment process. • Demonstrated experience using a CRM system in a college or university setting.

The Executive Director of Off Campus Instructional Sites (OCIS) is a full-time, fiscal year position reporting to the Dean of Academic Support and Operations. The Executive Director provides leadership, management, planning, and advocacy for all off-campus instructional sites. Job Duties

Much of the remaining acres are in pasture, providing grazing for 2.43 million beef/dairy cattle, horses, and small ruminants, and the soil resource also supports waste utilization from nearly 300 million broilers annually (NASS, 2022). The successful candidate will provide statewide leadership and develop an externally funded, nationally recognized, integrated extension and research program with emphasis in at least one of the following areas: soil physical property management, soil-plant-water relationships, precision agriculture, and/or nutrient management. This nationally recognized program is expected to meet Kentucky row crop and forage producers’ needs, support homeowner and commercial horticulture issues related to soil fertility and management, and collaborate with various soil and plant research programs within the Martin-Gatton College of Agriculture, Food and Environment (CAFE) and across Kentucky. The successful candidate will be a core contributor to the agronomic expertise in the Plant and Soil Sciences Department whose extension responsibilities will include developing guidelines for improved soil management and conducting impactful extension programs. The appointee will be familiar with and use current and emerging technologies in their extension and research efforts.
