As the account lead you will provide logistical support, give tours and lead meetings, and deliver professional presentations, taking care to track results and progress. In this position you will work to manage existing partnerships, provide extensive research of new markets, develop new partnerships, and plan the implementation of SCADpro initiatives. As the lead you will be expected to facilitate training events that provide students and professors with resources to teach and communicate SCADpro expectations and processes for successful partnerships.
The successful candidate is results-oriented, assertive, and exhibits stellar communication, networking, and relationship-building abilities. Organized and highly detailed, the candidate excels in soliciting and pursuing potential brand partners and can manage complex projects that involve multiple stakeholders. Exceptional customer service skills and a knack for creative and adaptive problem solving are essential.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least three years’ experience in a fast-paced environment with managerial experience
- Strong sales experience, communication, problem solving, networking, and organizational skills
- Experience with multidisciplinary teams and a commitment to the student learning experience
Certificates, licenses, and registrations:
- Valid driver’s license
Travel required:
- Less than 10%
Work Hours: The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. To accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other workdays and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.
