Job Summary
The Student Account Services departmentunder University Financial Services is looking for a candidate for their Accounting Coordinator Senior position. This individual will provide financial and customer support to students, parents, and various campus departments. This position is part of a team primarily responsible for student tuition and fee collection, along with answering all related questions regarding the student account. Analytical, technical, and accounting skills will aid in performing the variety of duties for this position. Provides courteous, accurate, responsive, and effective services to students, parents, university departments, and external agencies.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Strong verbal, written, and non-verbal communication skills; teamwork; problem resolution; attention to detail/accuracy; respect for diversity and high level customer service orientation. Knowledge of the SAP operating system and student loan programs is preferred; strong background working with Microsoft Office.

Bachelor’s and 3 years of related experience preferred
