Job Summary

The College of Health Sciences, Office of Faculty Advancement is seeking an administrative professional for a position as an Administrative Support Associate II. The primary duties of this position include:
  • Administrative Support to the Associate Dean of Faculty Advancement and Clinical Engagement
  • Faculty appointment, promotion and tenure
  • Faculty database management
  • Faculty performance reviews
  • Faculty search support to Departments
  • Teacher course evaluation support




The ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, database management experience, attention to detail, organization skills and understanding of academia in order to optimize efficiencies of the College. They will work closely with Department faculty and staff on key processes that support the faculty lifecycle in academia.
