Physical Requirements

The physical requirements of this position include regularly sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods of time with repetitive motion and occasionally standing or walking with objects up to 25 lbs.



Shift

Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (30 minute lunch). May also include occasional evenings and/or weekends.



Job Summary

This Administrative Support Associate provides support within the Office of Patient Experience. The functions will include: front desk support, administrative and clerical support for the leadership team, operations for small scale projects, financial duties, and a high level of attention to detail. This position will coordinate the business office activities which include: overseeing calendars, scheduling, preparing and organizing internal/external meetings and logistics, business trip scheduling and management, purchasing of office and departmental supplies and pro-card edits. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage multiple tasks while accurately completing routine functions in a fast paced, high intensity, professional work environment; proficient in Microsoft Office; excellent attention to detail; exceptional planning and organizational skill; effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to solve routine problems and manage resources; demonstrated ability to provide superior customer service, time management, and judgment; and respect.



Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Excel, and Word; customer service and organization.

Preferred Education/Experience

Associates degree and experience in administrative/office support preferred.
