Shift

40 hours per week with additional on-call and evening shifts as needed



Job Summary

The Transplant Advanced Practice Provider (APP) works with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

The primary role of the transplant APP is to provide preoperative and postoperative care for all transplant patients. This includes outpatient management throughout the transplantation process and occasional inpatient care of floor status and critically ill patients.
