Position Summary
The University of Southern Indiana is accepting applications for Assistant Professor of Criminal Justice.
Appointment will begin Fall 2025.
Duties/Responsibilities
The Assistant Professor will be expected to teach face-to-face and online, at both the undergraduate and graduate level, maintain an active research agenda culminating in peer-reviewed publications, and engage in professional and university service activities.
Required Knowledge and Skills
Applicants must hold or be nearing completion (ABD) of a doctoral degree in Criminal Justice, Criminology, Sociology or related field. Applicants in the process of finishing their degree will be considered if the degree will be conferred by hire date.
