Required Related Experience

Required License/Registration/Certification

Licensed in one of the following: Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT) or Speech-language Pathologists (SLP) in the state of Kentucky.





Physical Requirements

The physical requirements of this position include occasionally holding and or carrying objects up to and exceeding 50 lbs; repetitive motion; and sitting at a computer workstation for long periods of time.



Shift

Primarily Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. with some extended hours, holidays, and/or weekends per business needs.



Job Summary

The Associate Director of Rehab Services in Speech will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing speech therapy programs within a healthcare setting. This position involves collaborating with clinical teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care, managing staff, and developing treatment protocols that align with best practices and regulatory standards.



Key responsibilities include supervising speech-language pathologists, coordinating patient assessments and treatment plans, conducting staff training and development, and engaging in performance evaluation processes. The Associate Director will also be responsible for budget management, resource allocation, and fostering interdisciplinary collaboration to optimize patient outcomes.
