As an auxiliary technology specialist, you will process meal plan changes and cancellations in the Admin Meal Plan Portal. You will be responsible for processing all Atrium System updates, including SCAD Card holder changes, the approval and saving of photos, and the production of all SCAD-issued ID cards using Fargo Connect technology. You will also participate in orientation for new students, process parking detail requests via TickeTrak, and encode ID cards for residential access in the Onity System.

In this position, you will assist with printing ID cards for SCADnow students at the beginning of each quarter and maintaining the department email regarding meal plan changes/cancellations, replacement ID cards, and general department inquiries. You will also complete monthly audits of all office supplies to ensure items do not run out. Other duties may be assigned at any time. 

Minimum Qualifications:  

  • High school diploma
  • Three years (min.) of experience in a customer service environment
  • Excellent written communication skills

Certificates, licenses, and registrations:

  • Valid driver’s license

Travel required:

  • Less than 10%

Work Hours: The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. To accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other workdays and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.
