As the customer service representative, you will post charges and payments for Banner and Touchnet in a timely manner and process cardholder accounts and meal plan management in Atrium. You will be expected to produce ID cards, participate in student orientation, process parking decal requests in TiceTrak, and process reports for activity readers for campus events. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining department email and telephone support.

 Minimum Qualifications:  

  • High school diploma
  • Minimum of three years in customer service
  • Exceptional communication skills and Microsoft Office Suite literacy

Certificates, licenses, and registrations:

  • Valid driver’s license

Work Hours: The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. To accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other work days and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.
