Job Summary

The Martin-Gatton College of Agriculture, Food and Environment (M-G CAFE) seeks a self-motivated and service-oriented individual for the Computer Support Specialist II role. This role serves as the initial point of contact for in-person, phone, Teams & email clientele, and provides User Support as well as IT Fleet Management. The position will resolve technical issues, configure computing devices for deployment, provide inventory oversight, initiate warranty claims with vendors, and create how to documents. Additional duties include providing technical assistance remotely to the Research and Education Center unit. At times, some travel may be required. This position includes excellent benefits and provides opportunities for internal advancement.
