Job Summary

The Business and Technology Division is seeking a part-time Coordinator of Academic Programs (Business Administration). This position is responsible for ongoing connection with current Business program students and coaching to support academic success. 

Job Duties:

The Coordinator/Coach implements a variety of strategies in support of increased retention and program completion, e.g., identifies at risk students and barriers, connects students with resources, etc.  The position is responsible for assisting area program coordinator with course mapping/pathways, enrollment recapture to better support program students, student retention, course offering audits, data and situation analysis and general reporting.

This is a part-time grant-funded position. The position will work 20 hours per week.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate degree (related field) and one-year related work experience.  

Preferred Qualifications:

The preferred candidate would have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, good written and oral communication skills, and competency in basic computer usage, including Microsoft Office. The preferred candidate should have a commitment to student success.
