Coordinator, Student Food Pantry
Job Description
The Center for Student Engagement (CSE) is seeking a dedicated Coordinator for the Student Food Pantry. This pivotal role involves acting as the primary contact for assessing and measuring learning outcomes related to the food pantry program. The Coordinator will be responsible for promoting, designing, and managing the on-campus food pantry, ensuring its effective operation and alignment with CSE objectives.
As part of their daily responsibilities, this role works with community partners, student services faculty, staff, and students to address food insecurity; develop on campus and off campus partnerships and donations; grant writing and management; donor engagement; and executes a successful program to include detail management, program finance oversight, and learning outcomes assessment. The position develops, implements, and supervises student employees, programs, strategic plans, and research assessment within a Civic Learning, Democratic Engagement (CLDE), and Inclusion, Diversity, Accessibility, and Equity (IDEA) framework. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a commitment to addressing food insecurity while promoting inclusive and equitable practices.
Required Qualifications
HS Diploma/Equivalent and five (5) years of related work experience
Associate’s degree and three (3) years of related work experience
Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years of related work experience
Master’s degree and one (1) year of related work experience
Related Experience: Community outreach, grant writing, and/or program development or related experience.
Licensure
Valid driver’s license
