Lifting, pushing, and/or pulling objects up to and possibly over 50lbs;
Standing or walking with objects up to 25lbs; Sitting at computer workstation

weather/temperature extremes while on a job-site(s) or traveling to/from
various job sites.

8:00am – 5:00pm (Monday – Friday)*

requiring night(s), weekend(s), and holiday(s) response.
Job Summary
Under the direct supervision of the Facilities Construction Manager, the Estimator is responsible for:
- determining the overall costs associated with projects and work orders needed and requested by the Facilities HealthCare Division (FM MC) including:
- the Kentucky Clinic Complex
- three (3) University HealthCare Hospitals
- UK Chandler Hospital Complex,
- Good Samaritan Hospital
- new Patient Care Facility – Pavilion A
- nonpatient care facilities, including:
- College of Medicine
- College of Pharmacy
- College of Dentistry
- College of Nursing
- Student Health Services
- Health Services
- Research Building
- Charles T. Wethington Building
- Biological Bio-Medical Services Research Building
- Surveying job sites and working directly with customer(s) as needed to determine overall scope of estimate
- Maintaining Timberline RS Means Database
- Accountability for accuracy of estimates
