Physical Requirements
Standing or walking with objects up to 25lbs; Sitting at computer workstation for extended periods; Repetitive motion; May be exposed to loud noises, fumes, confined spaces, and/or temperature extremes while reviewing job sites.
While some work is done in an office, frequently work is out in the field overseeing team or zone assigned areas and may be exposed to elements, weather, and other non-office type conditions.
Shift
8:00 am – 5:00 pm (Monday-Friday). Hours of work may vary dependent upon situational factors and may require some night(s), weekend(s), and holiday(s) response, if necessary.
Job Summary
Reporting to the Associate Director, Facilities Services, this position provides work management and administrative direction for the Campus Physical Plant Division Custodial Services Department; Ensures sanitation and general cleanliness of all Campus facilities, including buildings, classrooms, laboratories, etc.; Interacts with vendors/contractors for various services; Coordinates with Campus trucking for waste management and pest control, as required; Coordinates with grounds services, as required, including coordinating snow removal efforts for all buildings and facilities; Coordinates all services requirements through direct interaction with supervisors, customers, and vendors; Monitors daily operations; Implements continuous improvements in methodology, work activities, and performance standards.

MS Windows / Office; SAP; and KRONOS.

Bachelor’s + 5-Years ; Driver’s License — Preferred.
