Job Summary
The College of Medicine Dean’s Office is currently seeking a Director of Administration (working title: Director of Office of Visitor Information Services) to support college-wide visa and immigration administrative operations. This position will report to the Assistant Dean for Administration and will have frequent interaction with faculty, staff, learners, and college leadership.
Primary responsibilities include assessment, development, recommendation, and implementation of policies and procedures to advance college visa and immigration operations of the college. Will develop effective working relationships with department chairs, center directors, and administrative leaders across the college to develop and implement process change to enable effective and efficient operations in all units. Will directly supervise two or more staff members.
The position is fully remote but may require occasional travel to campus for meetings.
