Shift

Monday-Friday-8am – 5pm with occasional evening, weekend, and holidays per business needs. This position is hybrid.



Job Summary

The EHR Testing Analyst will be responsible for executing the system validation and testing of the electronic health record and integrated systems with the electronic health record. This includes test planning, test script development and coordination, defect management, and status reporting. This role will develop and maintain documentation in accordance with service management standards, policies, and procedures of the business and system requirements. Analysts will actively participate in all phases and activities related to testing and if required, training and activation. This role will assess user feedback, gather requirements for testing, and review/audit testing activities. The Analyst will meet regularly with team members and project leadership to discuss the status of deliverables, issues, change communications, and updates; execute additional key functions delineated for the specific technical roles in areas such as biomedical devices, end user devices, conversions, interfaces, infrastructure, identity and access management, business intelligence and testing. This position will be primarily remote with some on-site work as needed 



Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

The ideal candidate will possess experience working with complex processes, a positive attitude and a willingness to work hard, dedication and commitment, and skills utilizing Excel, SharePoint, service Now, and Testing Tools.

Preferred Education/Experience

Experience with Epic EHR application testing or large scale integration testing preferred.
