Job Summary
Provides administrative and programmatic support to a president. Provides a professional image consistent with the President's office, using tact, integrity, and confidentiality in all situations.
Job Duties:
- Provides senior, executive support to the President/CEO in all activities.
- Handles a wide variety of situations involving administrative functions for the president.
- Supervision of daily office activities to assure the President's office is operating smoothly and efficiently.
- Participates in XLT Leadership Team Meetings & Board of Director's Meetings.
- Transcribes minutes for each meeting and maintains up-to-date records of each.
- Coordinates President's Schedule to maximize time and responsibilities.
- Schedules logistics and secures resources for meetings, conferences, and travel.
- Budget management for President’s office and other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
- Must be able to work independently.

- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to communicate with many individuals at all levels throughout the internal college environment and external business and community partners, representing himself/herself professionally and courteously.

- Ability to multi-task, work under deadlines, and prioritize projects to meet deadlines with high levels of efficiency and accuracy.
- Must have proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Forms, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and Word).
Preferred Qualifications:
• Background/knowledge of college operations
• Project planning
• Experience in and understanding of working with students from diverse populations is preferred.
• Experience working at the community college level is preferred.
