Job Summary
The College of Health Sciences, Office of Faculty Advancement is seeking an administrative professional for a position as an Faculty Resource Consultant. The primary duties of this position include:
- Faculty Affairs Administration
- Administrator for Faculty Database
- Responsibility for all processes related to the faculty lifecycle Including but not limited to: teacher course evaluations, promotion and tenure, faculty performance evaluations, 2 and 4 year reviews, re-appointment and terminal re-appointments
- Faculty search management & Onboarding
The ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, database management experience, attention to detail, organization skills and understanding of academia in order to optimize efficiencies of the College. They will work closely with Department faculty and staff on key processes that support the faculty lifecycle in academia.
