Job Summary

The Financial Aid Advisor II is responsible for assignments related to the central processing center which include, but not limited to, Institutional Student Information Record (ISIR) processing, verification and Return to Title IV (R2T4) processes.

This is a defined-term contract position renewable each fiscal year and located in Versailles, KY.

KCTCS offers a hybrid work schedule with a requirement to be onsite a minimum of 3 days per work week. Hybrid work schedules are subject to periodic review and may be modified or terminated at any time.

Job Duties:

Review and assess all financial aid verifications.

Review and assess all Institutional Student Information Record (ISIR) corrections.

Review and assess all Return to Title IV (R2T4).

Communicate with students using the student portal and message center.

Attend required training and perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate's Degree and two (2) years of relevant experience or equivalent. 

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree and two (2) years of relevant experience or equivalent.
