Job Summary
The Office of Philanthropy & Alumni Engagement is seeking a qualified Gift Processing Team Lead. The Gift Processing Team Lead will report to the Associate Director of Gift Receiving and is specifically responsible for assisting with planning and coordinating the prompt and accurate processing of all gifts made to the University of Kentucky. Gift Administration responsibilities include managing payroll/ACH gift enrollments and Athletics/WUKY/One Day gift file analysis and processing workflows. Pledge and future commitment processing responsibilities include recording all pledges and future commitments, tracking complex commitments to support comprehensive pledge reporting to college/units/UFS and working collaboratively with Pledge and Gift Administration Specialist to support ongoing/annual reporting requirements. The Gift Processing Team Lead will work cooperatively as a member of the Gift Receiving team to promote a positive work environment and model excellent customer service.
