Job Summary

Performs complex financial operational duties for the Kentucky Fire Commission and State Fire and Rescue.

Job Duties:

• Responsible for overseeing a reimbursement program for specialized clients, including
   application review, regular communication with clients, processing paperwork and
   maintaining appropriate records.
• Financial data entry and paperwork processing
• Prepare reports and documents for committees
• Account management
• Audit and review requests for compliance with KCTCS policies

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. Must have demonstrated experience working with financial data, excellent communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. 

Preferred Qualifications:

Prefer an applicant with experience using Peoplesoft Financials.
