Physical Requirements

The physical requirements of this position include: standing or walking with objects up to 10 lbs; regularly sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods of time with repetitive motions (such as typing); occasional exposure to radiation; and occasional job-related travel (< 10% of the time).



Shift

Primarily Monday-Friday (8am-5pm) with occasional evenings and weekends as needed.



Job Summary

The Hospital Performance Specialist Senior position will develop and maintain the infrastructure to monitor and analyze internal and external environment quality and safety data. The position will identify trends and opportunities for consideration; develop comparative database information to support senior leadership decision-making; lead specialty-based reporting and analytics to provide clarity toward rankings achievement opportunities within UK HealthCare.
