Job Summary

The Institute for Biomedical Informatics is looking for an Information Technology Manager III to join our Medicaid Analytics team! This position will oversee the completion of data science products that advance the mission of the Cabinet for Health and Family Services by managing the design, implementation, and organization of machine learning models and collaborating with high-level stakeholders to fulfil contract deliverables. The position will utilize leadership skills to lead meetings and supervise lower-level data analysts and scientists.

There is an internal employee being considered for this position (IEBC).



Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft, Linux, open-source, and web standard technologies ie ASP.NET Web Forms, ASP.NET MVC, C#, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, and T-SQL to design & develop technologies.

Preferred Education/Experience

Master’s degree in statistics, computer science, or related field plus 5 or more years of related experience preferred; Experience with substance use disorder research
