Job Summary

Provides support to faculty, programs, and colleges in development of courses and programs to support online and other technology-assisted educational venues.

Job Duties:

1. Supports the implementation of instructional technologies and assessment resources to advance the learning experience through various technological mediums.
2. Tests, troubleshoots, resolves issues and provides feedback regarding existing instructional technologies.
3. Serves as an point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding instructional technology, answers questions, and disseminates information to appropriate entities as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience, Typical years of relevant experience: 0-2 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Experience working with learning management systems (Blackboard preferred)
• Patience, resilience, and cultural sensitivity
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite
• Ability to adapt and be flexible in daily routine
