Physical Requirements
  • Lifting, pushing, and/or pulling objects up to and possibly over 50lbs
  • Standing or walking with objects up to 25lbs
  • Sitting at computer workstation for extended periods
  • Repetitive motion
  • May be exposed to loud noises, fumes, confined spaces, and/or weather/temperature extremes while on a job-site(s) or traveling to/from various job sites



Shift

Multiple Shifts Needed:

7:30am – 4:15pm;
3:30pm – 12:15am;
11:30pm – 7:45am

Hours of work may vary dependent upon situational factors and may include
some nights(s), weekend(s), and holiday(s) response.

About the Role:



As a key part of our Facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, operating, and repairing building systems in an assigned area. Your work is crucial in supporting the University’s mission by ensuring that our facilities remain functional and well-maintained for students, faculty, and staff.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Driver’s License — Preferred

Experience with building and equipment maintenance;
HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience preferred.

Ability to work different shifts and overtime as needed.
