Physical Requirements

Sitting for extended periods of time working at a computer. Lifting, pushing and/or pulling objects over 25 lbs, standing or walking with objects up to 25 lbs.

Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.



Job Summary

This is a great opportunity for a detail oriented, customer service minded individual to work in a Procurement.

Responsibilities will include:
  • performing general administrative duties
  • monitoring procurement compliance against University-wide policies
  • assisting with the development of bids, request for proposals, and contracts
  • perform day-to-day administration of purchase orders


The successful candidate will:
  • be able to maintain a high level of customer support to internal & external customers
  • take initiative to further develop and enhance customer service
  • adhere to deadlines while balancing urgent needs with ongoing responsibilities
  • focus on achieving the timely completion of all tasks
  • other duties as assigned
