Job Summary

Support implementation of a community-engaged tobacco prevention program, including the support and training of college facilitators, graduate students, and high school and college PEERS. Assist with management, facilitation, and oversight of the daily operations and logistics for the program. Coordinate project timelines, compliance and deliverables across all projects. Document project tasks and resources requirements at each stage of the task. Ensure program monitoring and continuous improvement through high quality data collection processes, IRB modifications, and synthesizing quarterly reports and project outcomes. Supervise budget balancing and purchases and communication with COE fiscal team. Develop reports to analyze financial data across the project to help balance monthly expenses. Prepare internal and external reports.

Master’s degree or relevant experience preferred (Public Health, Political Science, Social/Behavioral sciences, or related field); project management, training, IRB coordination, manuscript writing, database management,
