Required Related Experience

Required License/Registration/Certification

American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and Valid Kentucky State License Registration (obtained before start date).



Physical Requirements

Requires heavy lifting, pushing, pulling, of objects over 50 pounds.



Shift

Typically Monday – Friday, Day Shift; (some evening hours or weekends could be required in support of patient care). This position has On-Call duties.



Job Summary

The Radiation Oncology Clinic seeks a Radiation Therapist to provide radiation treatment delivery. The Radiation Therapist would be responsible to provide daily care of cancer patients, including accurate interpretation and delivery of radiation treatments, performing simulations, providing clinical instruction for radiation therapy students, and may be required to cover brachy procedures and treatment scheduling.
