Job Summary
Growing department seeks Research Director for project management including oversight of administration and regulatory compliance; supervision and leadership for research staff; significant contributions to writing research proposals, publications, and other research related documents; communication with faculty, collaborators, community partners, funding agencies, and study participants; and data management including design of REDCap databases. Additionally successful candidate will provide epidemiological perspective to all research activities while developing study objectives, design, and data collections instruments and methods. Successful candidate will develop participant recruitment strategies, evaluate and select appropriate study endpoints, and contribute significantly to data analysis, synthesis, and interpretation for multiple research studies.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Strong communication skills, organization, epidemiology and biostatistics training, research writing, and data management knowledge.

Preferred Education/Experience
Master’s plus 10 years.
