Job Summary

The Stamm lab is looking for a Scientist I to study the molecular mechanism of circular RNA translation, The work uses molecular biology techniques (transfection assays, cloning, western blot, RT-PCR), bioinformatic approaches (RNaseq analysis) and the manipulation / analysis of iPS-cell generated neurons. The work focuses on circular RNAs important for Alzheimer’s disease, i.e. circular RNAs made from the MAPT, APP and PSEN1 genes.
