Flexible during normal working hours 8am-5pm.  Evenings also permissible

Job Summary
  • Work/Partner with KY Farm Share Coalition to organize annual CSA voucher program
  •  Coordinate the implementation of the UK HW CSA voucher program
  •  Work with KY Farm Share Coalition to manage program rollout, CSA Fair, data, reporting and other tasks as needed.
  •  Serve as a UK representative of the UK CSA voucher program and present at virtual and in-person events as needed
  •  Work with KY Farm Share Coalition to manage all aspects of CSA partner farms.
  •  Onboard new partner farms to program, as needed
  •  Communicate with partner farms regularly to manage reporting, questions and customer service
  •  Customer service: Work with eligible employees and retirees to manage customer service questions and problems
  •  Administration: Ensure timely program participation to support sales data reconciliation.
  •  Ensure timely farm sales reporting as well as facilitated on-time payment to farms.
  •  Manage program website data, design and updates
  •  Utilize Dashboard functionality for participant registration and troubleshoot when necessary.
  •  Manage registration messaging and design
  •  Ensure deadlines are met regarding timely assumption of taxable benefits for eligible employees
  •  Work with UKHR Communications and Technology managing pre-season promotions, email communications and website updates 



Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Organized, attention to detail, adherence to timelines, good written and oral communication skills, Microsoft office suite, work with Excel, 
 
 Degree in a health related field
 Project coordination experience.
 No prior CSA knowledge/experience required but helpful.
