Job Summary

The Contact Center Data Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately indexing electronic mail and updating patient information within the contact center database. This role requires strong computer skills and meticulous attention to detail to ensure patient data is accurately recorded and maintained. The specialist is crucial in supporting the contact center by handling administrative tasks, ensuring data integrity, and contributing to the overall efficiency and quality of patient interactions and care.
