1st shift 7:00a-3:30p
2nd shift 3:30p-12:00a
3rd shift 11p-7:30a
Weekends: 12hr shifts (7a-730p and 7p-730a)
*Hours may vary depending on area.
Full time hours needed.



Job Summary

Under the direct leadership of the Director, Physical Plant Medical Center, the Maintenance Technician II will implement the Facilities’ Department mission and goals by delivering general maintenance services to UK HealthCare Hospital facilities in compliance with The Joint Commission Standards by Completes building maintenance repairs within a timely manner. Required to troubleshoot and repair plumbing fixtures, to include faucets, commodes, sewer lines, water lines, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, air handler units, reheat coils, thermostats. Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, plugs, lights, ballast, fuses, replace broken or defective parts.
