Mon-Tues, Wed and Fri 7:30-4pm Thursday 9:30-6pm, as needed



Job Summary

Proficient patient registration and fluent in EPIC. Use electronic tools to ensure patient insurance eligibility. Recognition and initial resolution of errors in computer systems. Ensuring the accuracy of patient registrations. Establish coordination of benefits. Collect insurance copays and fees for services not covered by insurance. Respectfully acknowledge, greet patients, & answer phones according to established guidelines. Proactively identify opportunities to provide a positive patient experience. Schedule and reappoint patients accurately according toscheduling protocol Schedule ancillary/diagnostic tests. Ensuretimely and appropriate follow-up with patients or referringphysicians on all appointment requests. Able to change and blockproviders’ schedules within EPIC.
