Working at computer for long periods of time (repetitive motion) , walking both indoors and outdoors, occasional lifting/carrying of items 10lbs.

Mon – Fri 8 am – 4:30 pm (37.5 hours/week)



Job Summary

The Martin-Gatton College of Agriculture, Food and Environment: Department of Dietetics and Human Nutrition is currently seeking a Staff Support/Administrative Assistant to provide general clerical support for the unit. Successful candidates will be detail-oriented, exhibiting maturity and good judgment, have experience working with MS Outlook, shared calendars, and digital filing systems. Previous work experience demonstrating excellent organizational skills and the capacity to work independently are preferred.



Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate both verbally in writing. High proficiency with MS Office applications. Strong time management skills and detail oriented. Knowledge of University Forms, Policies & Procedures, SAP, Concur, and Tableau a plus.
