Join our vibrant team at Gattitown, where fun meets excitement! We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to fill the role of Hourly Arcade Attendant. As an Arcade Attendant, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring the smooth operation of our arcade games and attractions.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service: Greet guests with a friendly demeanor, assist with inquiries, and provide information about games and promotions.
Game Maintenance: Ensure all arcade machines are in proper working order, perform basic troubleshooting, and report any technical issues to management.
Cash Handling: Process game card sales, manage cash transactions, and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized arcade environment, including regular cleaning of game machines and common areas.
Safety Compliance: Monitor guest behavior to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience; enforce arcade rules and regulations.
Event Support: Assist in organizing and executing special events or tournaments as needed.
Qualifications
Age Requirement: Must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required by local laws).
Customer Service Skills: Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required.
Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of arcade games and equipment is a plus.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with guests of all ages.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
