Job Summary

Southeast Kentucky is seeking a Workforce Solutions Program Administrator III to support workforce development activities and programs, assessing their effectiveness and ensuring alignment with industry and business partner needs., This role involves significant collaboration with Program Administrators, Industry Relationships Specialists, and other stakeholders to drive program success and relevance.

Job Duties:

• Customized Training: Work with Workforce Solutions project managers to develop customized training for business and industry.
• Data Analysis and Management: Analyze workforce development program data to identify internal trends. Lead efforts in data and report management in collaboration with others.
• Program Evaluation: Manage coordination of evaluating program and course effectiveness.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to align program offerings with business and industry needs
• Apprenticeship Coordinator: Oversee and develop apprenticeship opportunities for business and industry and high school students.
• Kentucky Chamber Lead: Oversee Kentucky Chamber TPM (Talent Pipeline Management) and Fair Chance Academy initiatives.
• Peer Support Coordination: Coordinate, schedule, and market Adult Peer Support Specialist trainings. Assist with the development of new offerings for peer support specialists.
• Grant Oversight: Manage and reconcile grant budgets, reconciliations, and reporting for grants awarded to the Workforce Solutions department. Conduct grant research, review, and assist in grant writing.
• Special Initiatives: Manage special initiatives assigned to the Workforce Solutions department. Position will be the lead for the Handshake platform, the Kentucky Chamber TPM, and Fair Chance Academy.
• Systems Management: Responsible for data entry into the CampusCE enrollment platform and Salesforce. Responsible for developing Microsoft forms for enrollment and interest in programs and projects provided by the Workforce Solutions department.
• Marketing: Work collaboratively with marketing to develop robust marketing for training and special projects offered through Workforce Solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience. 4 to 6 years of experience.
