Maintains effective communication and collaboration with both internal and external constituencies, including the Board of Higher Education, other state agencies, the Legal Counsel's Office, and other human resources professionals.11. Attends regularly scheduled meetings with system-wide HR Directors.12. Receives consultation from the Mass Community College General College Counsel on matters pertaining to labor disputes, union grievances, mediation, and arbitration.13.
